1. Main Machine:Compress tightly once time and welding separately,it could promise the welding firmness.It include welding machine part,mesh dragging part, and PLC control cabinet.
2. PLC Control system adopts programming technique from Mitsubishi of Japan,touch screen operating,Chinese-English display,easy operation.
3. Mesh pulling system adopts PLC programming system,servo motor controlling,higher precision,it could realize different mesh size.
4. Cross wire feeding system adopts store holder,mesh dropping aromatically,easy and convenient operation.
3. Main technologies
1. The control panel is more intelligent, very easy to operate. (Panasonic PLC program)
2. The longitude wires should be inserted into slot tunnels (cast iron material), suitable for different diameter.
3. The cross wires are fed from cross wire feeder, controlled by step motor and SMC (Japan) air cylinder.
4. Pure red copper (upper) and chromised bronze (lower), durable.
5. Clutch motor and helical gear reducer connect the principal axis directly, welding stable.
6. Casting water-cooling welding transformers, high efficiency. The welding degree is adjusted by PLC.
7. Panasonic (Japan) servo motor+planetary reducer and SMC (Japan) air cylinders for pulling mesh.
8. The cable drag chain is Igus brand, imported from Germany, not easily hang down
Features

Welding Machinery System
According to the wire welding pitch and the size of mesh, the machine can adjust air cylinders, welding electrodes, and gripping pliers relatively. Each point welding time and welding current for the most proper electrode stroke can also be adjustable separately.
Feeding Device System
By means of rail, manually loading 1-4pieces of frame from both sides toward welding position.
Automatic cross wire loading carriage with single wire hopper for sorting, positioning and ejecting straightened,cutted length cross wires.
Pull Out Device System
By means of servo motor and going with gripping pliers,the machine will pull out welded wire mesh space by space. No accumulative tolerance problem.After mesh is finished,it will come back to original place automatically.
Controlling System
By means of P.L.C.along with touch-off LCD screen, all the parameters of system, and figures could be set on the screen.And also with the function of trouble shooting warning. Easy for operating and maintenance.
